Union of Employers’ Associations of the Czech Republic is one of the biggest employers’ unions in the Czech Republic. It associates and represents 90 employer associations and important employers, representing more than 21,000 companies and their 1,000000 employees. Among all the associations of employers, it has a lead position in representing public services and modern energy producers. In the area of public services it represents sectors of health-care, social care, education, culture, and non-profit organizations. In the modern energy sector it is renewables, accumulation, cogeneration and smart grids. It also represents sectors of insurance companies, financial services, banking, industry and public administration.
